சைவ சிக்கன் / மட்டன் தயார்! – லண்டன் விஞ்ஞானிகளின் அசத்தல் கண்டுபிடிப்பு!

லண்டனில் உள்ள சில விஞ்ஞானிகள், சோதனைக்குழாயில் குழந்தையை மட்டும் தான் உருவாக்க முடியுமா? இறைச்சியை செயற்கையாக உருவாக்க முடியாதா என்று சவால் விட்டு, ஆராய்ச்சியில் இறங்கினர். பல மாத ஆராய்ச்சிக்கு பின், அவர்கள் கடந்த மாதம் பெரும் புரட்சி ஏற்படுத்தி காட்டினர். உயிருள்ள பசுவின் ஸ்டெம் செல்லில் இருந்து ஒரு வித பசையை எடுத்து, அதை சோதனைக்குழாயில் வைத்து வளர்த்து, மாட்டிறைச்சியை உருவாக்கினர். இதற்கு ‘பிராங்கன் பர்கர்’ என்று பெயரிட்டனர்.

கடந்த வாரம் நெதர்லாந்து நாட்டின் விஞ்ஞானி ஜாப் கோர்ட்டேவெக், ஒரு படி மேலே போய், சைவ மட்டன், சிக்கனை உருவாக்கி பெரும் சாதனை படைத்துள்ளார். இதற்கு இவர் பயன்படுத்திய பொருட்கள் என்ன தெரியுமா? எல்லாம் சைவ, இயற்கை தாவரங்கள், மூலிகைகள் தான்.

நெதர்லாந்து நாட்டின் ஹாக் நகரில் உள்ள தன் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தில் பல மாதங்கள் இது தொடர்பாக ஆராய்ச்சி செய்து வந்தார் கோர்ட்டேவெக். சோயா எண்ணெயில் இருந்து பசை போன்ற திரவத்தை உருவாக்கி, அதை ஒரு அடர்த்தியை தரும் கருவியில் வைத்து சிக்கன் போன்ற உருவத்துடன் உணவு வகையை உருவாக்கினார். அதன் பின், சிக்கன் டேஸ்ட் கிடைப்பதற்காக, அத்துடன், தொழில்நுட்ப ரீதியாக சில மூலிகைகளை சேர்த்துள்ளார்.

சோயாவுக்கு பதிலாக, கேரட், உருளைக்கிழங்கு, பட்டாணி போன்றவற்றை வைத்து அதே கருவியில் மிகுந்த வெப்பத்தில் நூலிழைகள் போல ஒரு உணவுப் பொருளை உருவாக்கி, அத்துடன், தானிய வகைகளை சேர்த்து, தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் மூலம் மட்டன் உருவாக்கினார். அசல் மாட்டிறைச்சி போலவே இருப்பதாக அதை ருசித்த சக விஞ்ஞானிகள் கூறினர்.

பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களையும் அழைத்து இந்த சைவ மட்டன், சிக்கன் விருந்து அளித்தார் இந்த விஞ்ஞானி கோர்ட்டேவெக். அவர்களும் இவற்றை ருசித்து சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு , சூப்பராக இருக்கிறது இந்த சைவ மட்டன், சிக்கன். சைவ பிரியர்களும் இனி தைரியமாக மட்டன் , சிக்கன் சாப்பிடலாம்’ என்று கூறினர்.

நெதர்லாந்தில் ஹாக் நகரில் பிரதான சாலையில் கோட்டேவெக்குக்கு சூப்பர் மார்க்கெட் உள்ளது. இதில், கடந்த மூன்றாண்டாகவே, சைவ பொருட்களில் இருந்து தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ஹேம்பர்கர், மீட்பால்ஸ், டுனா சாலட் போன்றவற்றை விற்று வருகிறார். தாவரங்களில், இயற்கை உணவு வகைகளில் இருந்து மட்டன், சிக்கன் தயாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று சபதம் எடுத்த அவர் இப்போது தான் நிறைவேற்றி உள்ளார்.

நெதர்லாந்த் கட்சிகளில் ஒன்று பிராணிகள் நல, சைவ ஆதரவு கட்சி. இதில் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு, கோட்டேவெக்கின் மனைவி மரியன் தீம் எம்பியாக உள்ளார். இந்த கட்சியில் நிர்வாகியாக உள்ளார் கோட்டேவெக். ‘அசைவ பிரியர்கள் கூட, சைவத்துக்கு மாற தயாராகி விட்டனர். அவர்களுக்காக தான் நான் இந்த கண்டுபிடிப்பை உருவாக்கினேன். இதற்கு நல்ல வரவேற்பு உள்ளது. ஏற்கனவே நான் விற்று வரும் சைவப் பொருட்களின் வரிசையில் இனி சைவ மட்டன், சிக்கன் இடம்பெறும்’ என்றார்.........................

விஸ்வரூபம்-2 படத்தின் முதல் போஸ்டரை வெளியிட்டார் கமல்..

• கமல்ஹாசன் இயக்கி, தயாரித்து, நடித்த படம் விஸ்வரூபம். மாபெரும் வெற்றி பெற்ற அந்த படத்தை அமெரிக்கா, ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் ஆகிய பகுதிகளை களமாக வைத்து கதை பண்ணியிருந்தார் கமல். ஆனால், இப்போது இரண்டாவது பாகத்தை முழுக்க முழுக்க இந்தியாவில் நடப்பது போல் படமாக்கியிருக்கிறார். சில டெக்னீஷியன்கள் மட்டுமே மாற்றப்பட்ட நிலையில், முதல் பாகத்தில் நடித்த அதே நடிகர்-நடிகையரே இரண்டாவது பாகத்திலும் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
